Over the next 30 days we will be rolling out a fresh set of servers for three of our CPANEL based webhosting servers.

Over the next 30-90 days, we will be moving accounts off some of the older and less reliable equipment in batches over to this new equipment to resolve an issue we've had an issue we have had with disk system performance (and occasional system lock ups) that we have finally identified as being directly related to the RAID-5 disk controllers in the older machines.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and the fact that we were unable to isolate that the problem with these three servers was specifically related to the particular hardware that CPANEL was deployed on.

2008.06.03 Phone system being upgraded

We are in the process of upgrading our phone system to resolve the busy signal issues that have been occurring. We should have an interim solution in place in a week or so and then will be performing a second major upgrade this winter.
