Polycom Soundpoint IP 335 telephone manual:
Optional phone number (DID) services
Outbound caller ID Name:
For a $10 one-time setup fee per phone number, you may add a 15-character "outbound caller ID Name" to be sent to the remote party when you call them. This takes a couple weeks to start working after ordering.

Directory listings:
For $5 one-time setup fee per phone number, you may get listed in the "411" directory assistance database which also gets you on some online directories. For listings in printed phone books, we're sorry to have no way to do this, and you'll need to negotiate with the phone book publisher directly.

Failover (no fee):
In case of network trouble, your phone numbers can be forwarded to a number of your choice, such as a mobile phone.

E911 (required, no fee):
We setup your number for emergency calling. We will attempt to send your physical address to the dispatcher if you call 911. Please do not dial 8+ or 9+ and then 911.  We do not guarantee the 911 call will go through, and if it does, the dispatcher may not see the physical address, and you might need to say it. To test that your 911 works, please dial "811" instead, which will read your caller ID to you.
